Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and duties. We reserve the right to correct incorrect price information. The seller further reserves the right to change prices without notice. In the event of a pricing error, the buyer is contacted by email with the correct price — the buyer may then cancel the purchase.

Payment

Payment cards

At www.klsupport.dk you can pay with the following payment cards:

  • Dankort
  • Visa/Dankort
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • Visa
  • Visa Electron

No card fee is charged for payment at www.klsupport.dk.

In accordance with applicable rules, the amount is not charged until the ordered goods are dispatched. No amount greater than the one the buyer approved when placing the order can ever be charged.

Other payment options

In addition, you can pay with:

  • MobilePay
  • ViaBill

ViaBill

When purchasing with ViaBill A/S as the credit provider, the buyer can receive the goods now and pay later — without interest or fees.

The buyer automatically gets an account which he/she can optionally use at more than 4,500 Danish webshops.

How to pay with ViaBill:

  • Add items to the cart and go to checkout.
  • Choose ViaBill as the payment method.
  • The first time you pay with ViaBill you must enter your email, mobile number, Danish civil registration number (CPR) and card details.
  • ViaBill carries out a quick credit assessment and you get an answer immediately. KL Support ApS has no influence on this process.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a Danish civil registration number and a Danish registered address.
  • Once KL Support ApS has processed your order, you receive an email with a login to My ViaBill, where you can see your orders and payment information.
  • You receive your goods so that you can assess them before you pay.
  • If you return goods in accordance with the seller's conditions for this, ViaBill automatically deducts the purchase price from the amount you are to pay.
  • ViaBill automatically charges payment for the goods you decided to keep.

ViaBill finances purchases up to DKK 2,000, repaid over 4 months. Amounts above DKK 2,000 are financed in cooperation with SparXpress.

It is also possible to spread the payment over several months.

The amount owed can only be paid with discharging effect to ViaBill, which sends a separate invoice to the buyer's email. Payment cannot be made by offsetting claims arising from other legal relationships.

For complete information about ViaBill's terms and conditions, see www.viabill.io/forretningsbetingelser/.

For questions about the instalment plan, the buyer should contact ViaBill directly. This can be done on tel. +45 88 826 826 or support@viabill.com.

Reservations

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to sold-out and discontinued items.

Security

Data encryption

www.klsupport.dk is secured with an SSL certificate. SSL stands for "Secure Sockets Layer" and can be recognised by the fact that the webshop's address starts with "https:". The SSL certificate ensures that all data sent to and from the webshop is encrypted, so that outsiders cannot intercept this information and use it for purposes other than intended.

Payment information

When the buyer pays for an order at [webshop domain], this takes place via a payment window from the payment provider Bambora. All payment card details entered in the payment window are especially well protected, because they cannot even be seen by the webshop itself and because the payment system must meet strict requirements for handling, storing and transmitting card data under the PCI standard (www.pcisecuritystandards.org). The buyer is therefore better protected against misuse when shopping online than when using a payment card in an ordinary shop.

Cookies

www.klsupport.dk uses cookies for the purpose of optimising the webshop's functionality and thereby making the visit as easy as possible for users.

A cookie is a small data file placed on the visitor's computer hard drive in order to recognise it. It is not a program and cannot read or damage data on the computer.

Only the website that placed a cookie on the hard drive can read the cookie's content again. A cookie cannot contain viruses or similar that could damage a computer.

You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, cf. http://minecookies.org/cookiehandtering.

The log statistics are used solely for the purpose of optimising the webshop at www.klsupport.dk.

If the seller is aware that a significant delay will occur, the seller will as far as possible notify the buyer of this. However, the seller cannot be held liable for the delay. Delays may, for example, be due to delays at suppliers or transport companies, as well as public holidays, strikes, severe weather or breakdowns.

If an item is sold out or on back order, the seller contacts the buyer and states when the ordered goods can be dispatched. In this case the buyer also has the option of cancelling the order.

Product liability

Information about technical data and specifications at www.klsupport.dk is for guidance only. It is the buyer's own responsibility to assess the suitability and usability of the goods for the buyer's purpose, for example by also checking the manufacturers' websites for the latest product data.

The seller's liability for damage to the buyer, the buyer's close relations, the buyer's property, third parties or third parties' property, etc. is limited to circumstances caused by gross negligence on the part of the seller as well as liability laid down in general, mandatory rules on damages. Indirect losses and consequential damages are not covered by the seller.

In the event that damage is caused to a third party, the buyer must immediately notify the seller and assist in clarifying the matter. The seller is entitled to inspect the damage.

Right of withdrawal

PLEASE NOTE: The right of withdrawal below applies only to private customers. There is no right of withdrawal for business purchases.

The buyer has 14 days from receipt to notify KL Support ApS that he/she withdraws from the purchase of the item.

The buyer then has 14 days to send the item back.

The buyer must bear the costs associated with returning the item.

The buyer is obliged to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received, i.e. it must not have been taken into actual use.

The packaging must not be broken for goods where the original packaging constitutes a significant part of the item's value as new.

Specially ordered goods/orders and/or quantities cannot be withdrawn from. This also applies to goods manufactured to the buyer's/consumer's specifications or which have been given a clear personal character.

Complaints

In the event of faults, defects or any missing deliveries, the buyer should contact:

KL Support ApS
Rottarpvej 15
6855 Outrup
Tel.: (+45) 6165 7886
Email: mail@klsupport.dk

Alternatively, the buyer can use the following form: https://www.klsupport.dk/reklamation

Business customers

The buyer must submit a complaint about defects which are or ought to have been discovered on receipt no later than 8 days after receiving the goods and before the delivery is taken into use or processed.

Private customers

At KL Support ApS the buyer has a 24-month right to complain on all goods. This applies unless something else is stated for the item in the product catalogue.

The right to complain means that the buyer can complain about faults and defects in the item that appear up to 24 months after the buyer received it. The right to complain lapses if the defect was caused by the buyer, for example as a result of incorrect or unauthorised use. It is furthermore a condition that the fault or defect was present when the buyer first received the item.

The buyer must complain within a reasonable time after he/she has discovered the fault or defect. If the buyer complains within 2 months, the complaint is always considered timely.

Returns

PLEASE NOTE: Business customers can only return goods in the event of faults and defects and after prior agreement.

The buyer can return goods to the following address:

KL Support ApS
Rottarpvej 15
6855 Outrup

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. KL Support ApS does not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

The buyer must remember to obtain a receipt for dispatch as documentation in cases where the seller is to refund the shipping costs.

When the buyer returns the item, he/she is asked to enclose a copy of the order confirmation or invoice, a detailed description of the problem and any email correspondence.

The buyer must also remember to state the sort code and account number of his/her bank account, to which a refund can be made.

Refunds

In the event of agreed price reductions, returned goods or prepaid goods cancelled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price shall be made.

Refunds are normally always made by bank transfer, and the seller therefore needs the sort code and account number of the buyer's bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be provided without further ado by email or other traditional forms of correspondence.

Complaint options

If it is not possible to find a solution in connection with a complaint, private customers can lodge a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met, cf. https://www.borger.dk/samfund-og-rettigheder/Klagemuligheder/Klagemuligheder-for-forbrugere.

The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is particularly relevant if the buyer is a consumer resident in another EU country. Complaints are submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When lodging a complaint, the buyer must state the seller's email address mail@klsupport.dk.
